Fig and Almond Mini Cakes

The softest almond sponge, filled with fig and topped with whipped vanilla bean cream.

One of the lightest cakes, lower in refined sugar and sweetened naturally by the almonds, figs and cream. Beautiful natural floral flavours, so delicious. 

Oh and it's naturally gluten-free as it's made with ground almonds (may still contain traces of gluten).
