This beautiful cake is made with ceremonial grade, organic matcha. A complex flavour profile of slight bitterness followed by a smooth, sweet umami. Delicate, complex, earthy, invigorating. 

Our signature soft, buttery vanilla sponge with top quality matcha, finished with vanilla bean and matcha Swiss merginue buttercream. Decorated with seasonal flowers. 

Matcha is complimented by lots of varying flavours, so take your pick from the menu and decide what you'd like to pair it with. The naturally green sponge contrasts beautifully with whichever filling you choose.
