This beautiful cake is made with ceremonial grade, organic matcha. A complex flavour profile of slight bitterness followed by a smooth, sweet umami. Delicate, complex, earthy.

Our signature soft, buttery vanilla sponge with top quality matcha, finished with vanilla bean and matcha buttercream. Choose from a filling of white chocolate buttercream, or strawberry compote.
