Oval Party Cake

It’s a new cake, a new concept, it’s not groundbreaking but it's fun! The oval party cake.

It’s an easy slicer, a crowd pleaser and my ode to the Costco sheet cake. Soft vanilla sponge, homemade seasonal jam and fluffy vanilla buttercream. Simple and delicious.

Everyone gets an equal slice, it’s easy to cut and divide and you get a lovely little square serving that’s just the right amount. It doesn’t crumble or require a lot of care like a taller cake. Imagining it with candles on or some sparklers.
